Deann Barry

DeAnn offers an eclectic and balanced yoga practice, infusing her classes with mindfulness, connection, and Spirit. She brings a sense of calm and a sense of humor to her thoughtfully sequenced classes. Guiding students on their yogic journey one breath at a time.

In the fall of 1998, DeAnn began practicing hatha yoga and tai chi and in 2003 she completed her first 200 hour teacher training in the Viniyoga tradition. Over the course of the last 24 years DeAnn has had the great opportunity to be a student of sacred earth based and mystical practices, studying with many teachers in various traditions to include: hatha yoga (Iyengar, Viniyoga, and Prana Vinyasa), kundalini yoga, qigong and tai chi, Pilates, ayurvedic practices (Dincharya and seasonal nutrition focus), cranioscaral therapy, thai massage, sound healing and journey healing.

E-RYT 200 hour, RYT 500 hour, and YACEP yoga alliance registered teacher
