Join us on First Fridays for an evening dedicated to gentle inner exploration — the perfect way to unwind after a long week.

This restorative sound bath is for anyone seeking calm, renewal, and a peaceful pause from daily life, whether you’re brand new to sound baths or a seasoned meditator.

You’ll be guided through an arc of relaxation from 8:00–9:30 PM:

8:00–8:10 — Arrive, settle in, and release the week’s tension
8:10–8:20 — Guided breath work and grounding meditation
8:20–9:10 — Immersive sound bath with warm brass tones, melodic layers, textured atmospheres, and grounding frequencies
9:10–9:30 — Gentle return, integration, and closing reflection

Will Magid, of the beloved Balkan Bump, offers this monthly gathering as a way to share the quieter side of his musical journey — creating a space where sound becomes a companion for rest.

Through soothing melodies and spacious vibrations, participants are invited to soften into presence and reconnect with their inner landscape.

You’ll leave with a calmer nervous system, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of ease — a gentle reset that carries you into the weekend feeling supported and restored.

Tickets for this event are $40.

BIPOC scholarships available. Please email hello@mygreenyogi.com to inquire.

Will Magid

Will Magid , is a trumpeter, producer, and devoted explorer of global sound traditions. After years of traveling the world through his moniker Balkan Bump, and sharing music on stages from Coachella to Red Rocks, Will felt a quiet shift calling him inward — toward gentler spaces where sound could be felt rather than performed.

Guided by his background in ethnomusicology and a deep love for the textures of natural sounds, his sound baths have become a place of refuge. What once fueled dance floors now softens into spacious tones, warm melodies, and the subtle rhythms of breath and intention.

Rooted in the East Bay, Will offers sound as a pathway to grounding and inner stillness. His meditative soundscapes draw from the wisdom of his travels while honoring the simple, restorative power of breath. Each experience invites listeners to settle, unwind, and open to the quiet beauty that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.
