Join us for a vibrant journey into Gratitude – that will leave you feeling open-hearted, inspired, connected, and gloriously alive!

We'll explore and share Gratitude through guided meditation, gratitude games, a jubilant song circle, then a delicious potluck. And you'll come away with rich practices for cultivating and sharing Gratitude in your daily life.

You don't need to be a "good singer" or "meditator." Just bring your heart, some curiosity, and an openness to play.

All ages welcome!

PRACTICING GRATITUDE

Gratitude is a simple, profound tool for well-being — offering us relief from suffering and challenge... more presence and vitality in daily life... deeper connection to ourselves and our world.

Every moment offers an opportunity to appreciate our gifts in this human life — a roof over our heads, the magic of our bodies and minds, the earth nurturing and sustaining us…

Gratitude for our loved ones, our communities. For our challenges, helping us learn and grow. For the tiny, the vast, and everything in between.

This practice is powerful, practical, portable. You can try it in the shower, on your commute, before your first bite, in a conversation... even in a moment of pain or confusion.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We'll start with a simple guided meditation – connecting with your body, your breath, your heart, and your Gratitude: what you're grateful for in this moment... anything that inspires you, supports you, brings you joy.

Then in small groups, we'll play The Grateful Game – a fun card game with hundreds of ways to cultivate Gratitude.

After that, we'll move into a big circle — and sing songs of Gratitude! The songs are easy to learn, and fun to sing. You'll get to play with your voice, move your body, and sing your heart open.

Throughout the afternoon, you'll have space for sharing reflections and questions. At the end, we'll discuss how you can bring Gratitude into your everyday life.

Then we'll move to the lounge areas for a delicious potluck and community connection.
