Soul Sister Dance Circle with Lacou, Lily and Alicia

  • Green Yogi Telegraph 2807 Telegraph Avenue Berkeley, CA, 94705 United States (map)

Soul Sisters Dance Circle is a freeing movement and connection experience, honoring your feelings, body, and raw expression through music & dance.

Hosted on first Fridays from 8-10pm at Green Yogi Telegraph, this evening gathering invites women to slow down, tune inward, and move intentionally through ritual, dance, and shared presence.

This is a women-only space designed to support embodied expression, emotional release, and heartfelt connection created in sisterhood.

What will we be doing?

Opening Circle (20 minutes)

We begin with a grounding ritual and guided practice to help participants arrive fully in their bodies. This may include breathwork, intention-setting, gentle movement, and an optional sharing of feelings or reflections.

Guided & Free-Form Dance (40 minutes)

Participants are led into an intuitive dance journey, set to a thoughtfully curated, flowy & high-vibe playlist. There is full permission to move freely—fast or slow, big or subtle—or to rest when needed. This is a safe space to come as you are and exist as you desire. Facilitators offer gentle prompts while honoring each person’s autonomy.

Closing Circle (20 minutes)

We close with reflection, integration, and connection. Participants are invited to share insights, emotions, or simply witness one another, grounding the experience before returning home.

Feel free to wear layers, bring a water bottle, optional journal/pen, and an open mind & heart.

We offer Soul Sisters Dance Circle to create a sacred pause—an opportunity to honor seasonal transitions while reconnecting to the wisdom of the body. In a fast-paced world, women often lack spaces to move, feel, and be seen without masking, people pleasing, or performing to others' expectations. We wanted to create a soulful offering of presence, play, and healing through sisterhood. Where women can come together.

Participants can expect to leave with:

  • A deeper connection to their body

  • A felt sense of grounding, release, and renewal

  • Tools for embodied self-expression and nervous system regulation

  • A sense of belonging and authentic connection with other women

  • Increased openness to pleasure, play, peace, and personal power

When: First Fridays from 8-10pm

Where: Green Yogi Telegraph
