Hey beautiful human!

My name is Jess (she/they), and my goal is to help you reduce stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs through a holistic yoga practice.

After surviving an accident caused by overworking, burn out and lack of boundaries, yoga taught me how to nurture myself and breakthrough limiting beliefs that were the basis of my stress and anxiety. 

Thanks to these lessons, I became a certified 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher that incorporates kundalini yoga, tarot, mindfulness, holistic wellness, and joyfilled instruction to help you nourish your mind, body and soul.
