Lacou, Lily and Alicia

Soul Sisters Dance Circle is a women-led, community-based movement experience lead by healing guides, artists, and friends, Lacou, Alicia, and Lily. Blending ritual, somatic practices, and intuitive dance, we create spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, express freely, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and one another. Our circles invite presence, play, healing, and embodied joy—always honoring each participant’s unique pace and needs.
