This workshop is designed for yoga practitioners and teachers seeking to reconnect with the heart of their personal practice.

Through guided movement, inquiry, and reflection, we’ll explore how to cultivate consistency without rigidity, creativity without distraction, and devotion without pressure.

Together, we’ll refine the art of listening — to our breath, our intuition, and the quiet wisdom that emerges when we truly come home to ourselves. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to sustain and evolve your home practice with renewed purpose and joy.
