Celebrate spring by clearing the cobwebs from your body, mind and heart. With the support of global instruments and juicy flow yoga for all bodies, we'll journey through inner and outer landscapes of healing and renewal to awaken creativity and inspiration for a new season.
IN STUDIO WORKSHOP at 2807 Telegraph Ave, Berkeley, CA 94705
With Hayley Ebersole and Phoenix Song
In this sacred temple space of yoga, sharing and dancing, we'll reclaim the Spring myth of Dionysus to uncage our inner wildness and freedom so we can fully receive personalized healing in the areas we need it the most.
Creative yoga flow will be grounding and nourishing while punctuated by enlivening expression and closing with restorative yoga, where you'll be completely submerged in the ocean of sound channelled by master musician and sound healer, Phoenix Song.
The healing soundscape with theta drumming, tanpura, hapi drum, chanting, angelic singing, esraj, and Native flute will help you drop deeper into your body and intentions.
