Join Anjuli and Alok, embodiment coaches, longtime bodyworkers, and transformational retreat leaders, for a special Thai Massage workshop at Green Yogi Telegraph!

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’re new to this kind of practice or a returning participant wanting to go deeper

  • You’re craving conscious touch in a safe, welcoming space

  • You’re a yoga or massage practitioner seeking fresh inspiration and skill refinement

Led by Anjuli and Alok, seasoned Thai Massage and yoga practitioners with over 30 years of combined experience, this workshop goes beyond technique—it’s a shared journey into blissful release, loving-kindness, and embodied connection.

You’ll explore:

  • Foundational warm-ups and self-massage techniques

  • A nourishing sequence of giving and receiving with a partner

  • Principles from ZenThai Shiatsu, a dynamic blend of Thai Massage and Shiatsu

  • Acupressure, mindful stretching, joint mobilization, and the power of breath and fluid flow

Come solo or with a friend—no experience necessary. You’ll leave with hands-on skills, a more open body, and a fuller heart.

Workshop pricing:

$65/ticket for one person (Early bird $55 until 3/15!)
$120/ticket for two people (Early bird $100 until 3/15!)

Cancellation Policy

Registrations for workshops and events can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours ahead of time or applied to future instances of the same event, where applicable. About Anjuli & Alok

As experienced yoga and movement teachers as well as bodywork therapists in their own fields, Anjuli Mahendra and Alok Rocheleau began developing their collaborative teaching in 2010 offering deliciously deep and rejuvenating somatic practices to open the body, heart, and psyche. They are known for curating rejuvenating and inspiring retreats around the world that include Bhakti yoga fusion, Breathwork, Song circles, and ZenThai Shiatsu.

Known for their friendly, approachable demeanor, they bring you their wisdom as seasoned yoga teachers and massage therapists with over twenty years of experience.
