Time for radical self-care!
This deeply nourishing practice is for anyone in the postpartum chapter—whether your baby is weeks, months, or many years old. Giving birth and caretaking changes our bodies in lasting ways, and this class offers space to tend to those changes with care and intention.
We’ll ease tension in the shoulders, chest, and upper back, rebuild strength and connection in the core and pelvic floor, and use gentle, purposeful flows to restore mobility and stability. Mindful breathwork will help you recharge and reset.
We’ll close with generous restorative postures so you leave feeling grounded, strong, and deeply nourished. This is two sacred hours to care for your body and mind, free from all other demands.
Dates: Saturdays Oct 4th, Jan 31st, May 2nd
